1. Services

Strike Zone Recruits provides baseball recruiting guidance, education, and resources for high school athletes and their families. Services may include:

• Membership programs

• Educational content

• Member dashboards and tools

• Booking and consultation services

• Communication with coaches and parents

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any feature at any time.
 

2. Membership & Accounts

A. Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate, complete information to create an account.

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

B. Eligibility

• Users must be high school athletes, parents/legal guardians, or coaches.

• Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms on their behalf.

C. Account Access

• Login credentials must not be shared.

• Strike Zone Recruits may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
   

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for memberships and services are processed through Base44 / Stripe.

• By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the fees listed on our website at the time of purchase.

• Members may cancel their membership within three (3) days of the original purchase for a full refund. After the initial 3 day period, fees are non-refundable; however, in the event of a documented career-ending injury, Strike Zone Recruits, at its sole discretion, provide a prorated refund upon receipt of appropriate medical documentation.
   

4. No Guarantees

• Strike Zone Recruits provides guidance and education, not guarantees of recruitment, scholarships, or athletic outcomes.

• Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories are for illustration purposes and do not create an obligation or guarantee.
   

5. Use of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL)

• Membership may involve optional use of athlete information for educational or promotional purposes.

• Permission to use an athlete’s name, image, or likeness is opt-in only via a separate consent form.

• Members may revoke consent at any time.
   

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.

• Use services for lawful purposes only.

• Follow all applicable rules and instructions provided by Strike Zone Recruits.

• Respect coaches, staff, and other members.
   

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, and materials on Strike Zone Recruits’ website or tools are the property of Strike Zone Recruits or our licensors.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.
   

8. Privacy & Security

• Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Strike Zone Recruits implements reasonable measures to secure data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

• Strike Zone Recruits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• You use the services at your own risk.
   

10. Termination

• Strike Zone Recruits may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for breach of these Terms or misconduct.

• Members may cancel memberships according to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
   

11. Changes to Terms

• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

• Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
   

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan

• Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court in Bay County, unless otherwise agreed.
